My wife saw this prop on unpleasantstreet.com and said she had to have one.  It is really an easy prop to build if you already have a good motor.  The crank mechanism is the only tricky item. I happened to have a small piece of CCM (cast composite material) that they make countertops with for restaurants.  I JB welded two pieces together, cut it out on my band saw then sanded it smooth.  I have two cogs for my MIB prop. One opens the door and the second will be used to operate the hand that will reach out
