The Cowlicious designs Scary Terry Servo control board is assembled and soldered. The photo shows the board, the servo and the skull it will be assembled into.  This board will move the mouth in sync with the sound recorded on the sound chip.

I mitered the corners of the coffin wood frame for structural purposes.  I also used the biscuit joiner and added biscuits for added strength in each corner

The main frame of the coffin body of both coffins are built.

I laid in the Bucky skeleton to check the needed height of the interior floor.  Bucky looks right at home in his future residence
